Just give a proof (eso screen) that you are leader or the officer and i will send you a login/pass to the control panel.

I send only one key by clan, if you want that more members get access to your clan panel just share the password.
You can Remove members, just remove him on eso

Proof as leader in attachment, it is kind of blurry cause I used paint to cut off most of the picture so that it just showed a portion of the player list. (and paint makes text blurry when it saves)
